Established in 1979, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre is a Canadian, not-for-profit professional theatre company and registered charity. Buddies is dedicated to the promotion of queer theatrical expression. During the past 29 years, it has evolved from a small, roaming troupe into the largest queer theatre company in the world.
Buddies is where it is today because of the financial support of a wide range of individuals, companies and funders who contribute to Buddies each year. Every size and type of donation makes an essential contribution to Buddies' ability to flourish.
